HOW LONG IT TAKES TO PROCESS AN ORDER?

Free shipping on the U.S.A some orders.

International shipping vary by territory. See shipping choices by carriers in check-out.

Please allow 1-4 days on t-shirts, sweater, hats, sweat pants, etc to processed for shipping. 1-7 days on shoes to processed for shipping, shoes are custom made at the time of each order. Due to high demand orders some time orders can take an extra 1-2 day to be processed.

WHAT ABOUT SHIPPING?

We ship both domestically and international destination. Shipping times depend on your location and order type. The UPS site quote but not guarantee the delivery date. In some orders delivery will take 2-8 days business days and international longer do to customs. Other items like shoes will take 2-15 business days.

We make every effort to fulfill your orders as soon as possible. Understand we are human and not perfect. Your orders will arrive in multiple shipments depending on your orders. Orders made during the Hollidays or weekends will be shipped on the following business day. You will be notify as soon your order is ship on your choice of contact.

It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. we do our best to speed up the processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct those type of errors. UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS

Orders the are returned to us do to incorrect shipping information are subject to a restocking fee to be determined by us. If your order was custom made by you, you will need to pay a small fee to reship to you, and we cannot refund you because we cannot resell the item.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

Malca Brand is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was deliver to your address and you have not received it, please report to the local authorities.
